The brief was pretty clear... please, make this space work! Based on this huge brief I tried to do my best to satisfy client´s needs.

I tried to keep the character of the existing cottage and building a two-storey underground extension next to. Fantastic solution to have less impact and not overdevelop the plot.
The existing long piece footprint will be kept and the new addition will bring the client the extra space to fulfill their wishes list: big kitchen/ dining area and utility, separate living room, cozy Snug, garden room with swimming pool and 4 no. double bedrooms, three of them with ensuite and the fourth one with good size bathroom and gorgeous dressing room
All combine with green spaces and parking space.

All spaces have been created with detail and beautiful features.
This space is one of my favorites!
The building insets into the soil softly. Rather than having sharpy shapes, the stair has been designed with long treads and the soil falls creating a hill.
