In our first meeting our client showed us a refurbish project, but thanks for our advise they decided to demolish the existing two dwellings and built new three dwellings. The location is wonderfull, the building is facing to the country.

The proposal consists in three new dwellings with modern design, but still keeping the british style: front porch, pitched roof and rear garden. The materials used are simples clay tiles, wooden and white render.
Looking at the plans each dwelling has got a Living room, downstairs loop, utility room and Kitchen/Dining room at the ground floor. If we see the first floor there are one double bedroom and another master bedroom with dressing room and toilet, also there is a good size family bathroom and a storage.
